Lately, the most useful thing I do isn't for big companies. It's sitting down with a local owner, seeing where their week goes, and setting up AI that gives them a few hours back. That's why I started Hello Operator North Shore.

These are the kinds of businesses I grew up around, and now that I'm home, I want to put what I've learned to work for them.
